Poorly fitting, unsightly older upper crowns requiring repair: • Before: Poor fit and appearance of the upper front six teeth crowns • After: Upper front teeth have been repaired with a combination of crown and porcelain veneer therapy. Optional gum surgery to even the position of the gums was declined by the patient. • The aesthetic transformation resulted in improved patient confidence and self-esteem.
